2 tags on every page

This may sound stupid so please bare with me. I am having a problem with 2 <h1> tags coming up when I do my seo checks. This is on every page and post. (website- https://homebaseave.com) Is there a way to change one of these tags without having to go through every page? Does Yoast provide a way to do this and am I missing something? I am very much NOT a guru when it comes to this, but this is also on all my sites and from what I understand, search engines do not like multiple H1 tags. Can someone help me?
