    Updated installation instructions – Step 6.

    I have same problem:
    Plugin activated, code added, but there’s no bar.
    If plugin is inactive, form appear at page bottom.

    I have a problem with a sound. No sound in admin panel, when a new message is received (both in Opera & Firefox).
