Uploading Personal Icons

Hi, ChangeHub.

1. Upload my.ico (16 x 16 px) to your server which located index.php
2. add these line to header.php [Path: /wp-content/themes/<theme-name> ]

<link rel=”shortcut icon” href=”https://yoururladdress/my.ico&#8221; type=”image/vnd.microsoft.icon”/>
<link rel=”icon” href=”https://yoururladdress/my.ico&#8221; type=”image/x-ico”/>

I have little coding experience, is there any plugin available to simply upload the icons, or does it require this back-end work?
