Offline credit card processing?

Do you offer offline credit card processing or something comprable? I have used your plugin on Joomla and have been extremely please with it. I am creating a site for a travel service that would like to charge a deposit up front and then the remainder of the trip fee a month before the trip without asking the client to input credit card info the second time. I’d greatly appreciate a response. thanks.
