Building Site prior to Hosting

  • Hi,

    I purchased my custom domain through GoDaddy and I plan to host via Bluehost. However, I’d like to setup and build the site prior to hosting, so that I could access my dashboard via “www.custom-domain.com/wp-admin” for example.

    In addition, I want to upload custom themes, etc.

    Can anyone advise and help me out here?
