I’m sorry but as you are using a commercially supported theme, you need to seek support from the theme’s developers.

    Hi, thanks for answering!

I actually didn’t pay for that theme. It is free even on WP.com.
(which was what I was using before moving to WP.org)

Is that what you mean by commercially supported theme?

The theme is free but the support is not. It is not our place to deprive the theme’s developers of any income that they may derive from these support services.

In reality, there is no mandatory requirement for developers of free themes (or plugins) to also provide free support. Additionally, some theme developers actually rely on support for all or part of their income. So we don’t really feel comfortable subverting that by providing free, theme-specific, support here – especially since many of these same developers do a lot to support the WordPress community generally. ??

Yeah, it all makes sense. ??

A while back I posted a question here. Would you say this is theme specific as well? I didn’t think it was but as no one responded…

    Thanks!
