Color scheme does not update widgets

After the latest release of GamePress (fantastic theme by the way!) it appears as if the color scheme no longer updates the font colour in the widgets – calendar, comments, archives, etc … It used to be if you selected a colour from the Theme Options, not only would the blog’s post icon change icon as well as the buttons across the top, but also the fonts would change colour on the widgets. Most useful was the way the theme highlighted posts on the calendar.

I’ve deactivated all my plugins (no change), checked with ServerBuddy (no issues, all the latest versions), redownloaded the theme directly from your website, but nothing has improved.

I can see the CSS code in the Stylessheet and it looks different to my recollection (though I could be completely daft). I could not find a release notes document, so maybe this was intentional – perhaps you removed the code? If so, could you provide the snippet from the previous versions (0.8 or 0.7). If this was not intentional, would it be possible for you to review?
