You can’t see it on actual Google searches? It normally takes a while for rich text snippets to appear.

The important thing is if it shows correctly here https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/richsnippets
If it does then you’ll just have to wait.

Its not linked unless Im using direct link to my Google+

But not work with ?rel=me or rel="me" on my profile/author page.

No need to do that. If this is Google+ author verification, all you need is to add your ID to let’s say social icons at the bottom, or even author’s box and either/or should be good enough.

Yes, i just aware if I put my google+ link at my WP ‘Edit My Profile’ will be working, excelent! (somehow I read about WP stripping rel=me, thats really make me confuse)

If the website have another author just put the 2nd author’s G+ link at ‘Edit My Profile’. It’s simple as it is.
