Ajax plugin or similar required to update page content dynamically

Hi, I have a process on a client machine that uploads a very basic web page to my WP host. This happens every 1-2 hours. The HTML page just has a few lines, and I’m using a scraper to display its contents on a public dashboard page in my blog. The problem is a user has to reload the page for up to date content.

For context, let’s just say it’s Artist and Song info.

What I want is for the blog page to dynamically update at a certain frequency, or even better, right after a new file is uploaded.

Is there a plugin to do this? I have looked but not found one.

Perhaps it can be done with some other code/hack with frames etc.
