video not showing up on my blog page

my video is not showing up on my blog page:

however, when I click on the text link entitled ‘Surf Girls – The Explosion’ on that page, the subsequent page shows both text and link. How can I enable the video to show up on the blog page and not only the dedicated link for that post? The thumbnails of images are displayed in the previous posts but the video won’t.
