Update Image when the title is changed?

it would help me out a million times if there was a way that the image would be updated everytime the title is changed… i am using a script to get new title to the post every day but the image does not change with it only the title changes so it would be so awesome if the image would change every time the title changes. please let me know if this can happen… i can hire you to work on this if that is some thing you can do. thanks
