category archive only shows excerpt/tumbnail of first post

  • Hi Folks,

    I added a category Archive to this Site. And I like to display the thumbnail and exerpt for the single posts. But when I add “<?php the_excerpt(); ?>” and “<?php the_post_thumbnail(); ?>” it will only display the thumb and excerpt of the first post in the category.
    However, the code “<?php the_content(); ?>” displays it in the right way for each post…

    Maybe someone can explain to me what the problem is and if there a way to solve it..
