User Data Saved in database but cannot be received in email

I migrate my web to a new server. In the old server, everything worked nicely, when user fill in the form, the data will be submitted to my gmail.
But in the new server, I can not receive any email containing the form submission, although I have seen in phpmyadmin, the data is saved in the user_data table. Why it cannot go to the gmail any longer?
