Change/remove social icons in Themia lite

Hi, I’ve created a website using Themia lite template. In the blog template of this theme there are by default 4 social icons: facebook, twitte, digg and upon. Is it possible to change those? Add others? Completely remove that bar (so I can install a plugin with the icons I need)? Thanks!!
