single-[post_type] templates suddenly quit working

    Hello,
    I have been developing a website and I was using single-[post_type] templates up to this point. Suddenly sometime today they are no longer working and I am not sure what could be the problem. Any help would be appreciated.

    p.s. I already tried re-saving my permalink settings to make sure that wasn’t the issue.

    For anyone who might stumble across this….I fixed it by adding the following code after my register_post_type code in my functions.php file.
    flush_rewrite_rules( false );
