Can't get MailChimp to work (Executive Child Theme)

Hi,

I followed the steps in the tutorial, but can’t get the plugin to work with MailChimp. I get a “blank email field” error.

This is what I entered:

* Form Action: “https://hostingbarato.us1.list-manage.com/subscribe/post?u=6ba54150e52281d412a625efc&id=eb512e6cf3”
* Email field: “EMAIL”

When I try to enter an email, this window opens:

Any ideas why this is not working?
