Retrospective image alt tag update

  • Hi,
    Can anyone tell me of a way to bulk update the image alt tags currently used within posts and pages.

    I have tried the SEO Friendly Images plugin but this does not appear to update the existing images?

    Any suggestions appreciated! ??
