Please help, background image cropping issue

hi all
hope its all going well with your websites. I need help with my site that i am making
it is photography website, how ever when i load up the pictures, it crops them out in the background
it shouldnt crop the pictures but it does, is there any way to fix this?
for photographers you cant have them cropped like this!
please help
what code should i use?
