WordPress as File Host

Is there a way to use WordPress as a private file host complete with download counter, redirection and file management (optional)? I have tried searching for it extensively, but have not found anything. Any help would be really appreciated.

And if not WordPress, please suggest/recommend a free file hosting script that does all that given above. Something like, goo.im, androtransfer.com etc.
