Hover feature and color of navigation bar totally different in IE

Hello,
I need some assistance with a site https://www.trelevate.com I am using the mosaic theme. The site looks awesome in chrome and mozilla but in IE the color of the navigation bar is way off and the hover feature of the links only works when on the home page. I am a rookie with code and css so any help would be most appreciated.
