Instagram API did not respond.

I have the same problem – Instapress do not work. I have WordPress 3.5, Instapress 1.5.3 and PHP 5.2.17. I have no authorized applications in my Instagram profile. After saving login and password in Instapress settings opens the blank white page. Instapress was not added to profile applications, that’s why I see in Instapress settings the message “Instapress requires authentication by xAuth in order to display your friends, public or your own feeds”. At my site I see the “Instagram API did not respond” message. I need support, how to fix this.
