new wordpress update 3.5

After doing the update automatically using WP3.5 my categories in left
sidebar was missing. After looking for the categories, I found them halfway down by the social bookmarks under a very small title “music” hard to see. There are 1,364 articles under categories. I use the theme
“two to dance eve052.”
I wanted to place the categories back to the right side bar, it won’t let me do that. In the widgets area, almost the same, you can not use the category bar there to place in right side bar, it does not move, a few of the other widgets the same, you can not move widgets to the sidebar, like using the old wp.
Need help and quick.
