Custom Form

    I recently bought an amazing WordPress Theme Modernize over at Theme Forest and it had two custom forms built into it. At the moment they are getting spammed like its nobodies business. I would just use something like Contact form but I realized that it doe snot keep my current CSS. My site can be seen here:

    I am just looking for a math question near the submit button. All and any help is greatly appreciated.

    You can use the Captcha plugin as protection from spam. You can use any of these plugins, also and our.
    You will find the instructions how you can add the Captcha at custom form in the file “read me” of plugin and in the plugin page at the WordPress site.
