  • Have you tried:
    – deactivating all other plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the 2010 theme to rule out any theme-specific problems?

You may also want to check the master list of issues here – https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/troubleshooting-wordpress-35-master-list?replies=4

Wondering if there are any other fixes on this? I’m encountering the same blank page since upgrading WP.

Deactivated all other plugins, deleted and reinstalled nextgen. Checked on Safari and Firefox..

For me, it was my theme. I had to change themes.

Is there a fix yet? Same problem?

I have the same problem, why is support not looking into this? We all can’t be using the same theme so there is a common issue, and we need to be made aware of it … support? did you leave us?

I’m using the same theme on two different websites. I’m having this problem on one website and not the other. So, cant’ be a theme issue.

I have the same problem. I installed the plug-in and placed it a widget area and there are no galleries display and no menus.

How do we get someone on here to provide us some assistance? Am i in the wrong place?

We have the same issue. WordPress was up to date. After plugin update the problem started. Attempted to deactivate plugin and re-activate and problem persists.

I believe it is a jQuery problem. But have no solution.

I have this and I get this message :

Uncaught TypeError: Object [object Object] has no method ‘uniqueId’ load-scripts.php:23
    FB.getLoginStatus() called before calling FB.init().

it seems that #slider has a display:none and that jquery tabs jscript cannot complete. Can a plugin developer help plz?

Yes, the same as above jquery tabs error.

TypeError: e(…).uniqueId is not a function

For me, it was an issue with Bulletproof Security. I deleted it, and everything started working again. Deactivating didn’t help; had to delete.

@myvarocks – There are no known issues/conflicts with BPS and NextGEN Gallery so most likely you did not have both BulletProof Modes activated. If you only have root BulletProof Mode and not wp-admin BulletProof Mode then this will cause issues/problems in your WP Dashboard.

There is an issue with older versions of BPS and WP 3.5. WP 3.5 made significant changes to jQuery and we released BPS .47.7 that fixes an issue/problem with BPS and WP 3.5.

I have just tested NextGEN and did not find any issues or problems creating a Gallery and all other functionality in NextGEN is working fine with BPS BulletProof Modes activated.

    Tested with:
    WP 3.5
    Theme 2011
    BPS .47.7
    NextGEN 1.9.10

Still getting a blank page, this is so annoying. Doesn’t seem like people have any luck or clue on what this error is… has nobody from nextgen been on here to fill us in or help us out?
