Blogroll Dropdown List Box

Is it possible to make my Blogroll (not called a Blogroll and is actually a link category, called “Links I am Reading”) into a dropdown list box?

I have made “archives,” “recent posts,” and “categories” all dropdown list boxes and I would like to do the same for “Links…”
