Set featured image and Add Media button not working

    After upgrade site to WordPress 3.5 I have a problem with buttons ‘Add media’ and ‘Set featured image’. Sometimes they are work fine, but sometimes don’t work. Does anybody have this problem? On old verison of WordPress everything was work fine.

    P.S.
    I’m using Chrome and Firefox and both of these browsers exhibited the same issue :/ Another admins on this site has the same problems.
