    can you describe what you’re trying to accomplish by modifying the link ?

    I could tell you how to use the filter hook if I knew what you were trying to do.

    Thanks for responding to our inquiry.

    In my case, I was trying to find a way to incorporate the order number into the url, or to create unique link text.

    I have since solved my issue by altering my custom software to accomodate the WooCommerce link. Although the link still looks very ugly in the email, it works for me.
