Add to cart produces only a close button?

  • In all of my galleries, selecting any image and adding to cart produces only a “Close” button.

    No other options are displayed.

    This has only happened recently because I had an order placed just a week ago.

    The problem occurs on all galleries.

    Can you please help me with this?
