You are using a massive data:image/png type image as opposed to an actual file. The data is too large for some browsers to load

Thanks I fixed the screendumps to attached media and that has fixed it, i’ll look at the site errors as well.

While i’m here can I ask is there a way to remove the category and tags from the bottom of posts? I tried all the coding tweaks I could find yesterday and none seemed to work.

To rectify both your problems you need to edit your theme templates https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Templates

Yeah but as I said I tried those solutions to no avail, 90% of the time it says look for this bit of code X in file Y and I look and it is not there. The posts are from 3 and 4 years ago (and questions related to different themes? so the code is highly likely to have been updated at some point in between or at the very least is just not relevant.

If I am going to get flamed for asking a support question on a support forum then I will just look again myself and not bother.

also, Twenty Eleven is the default theme for quite a while, so virtually all problems and questions have been asked already.
