Unable to toggle YOAST on pages or posts

For some reason, none of my toggle options are working when I go to edit a page or when I add new page. All the dropdown toggle section doesn’t open or close…. the problem is that it is closed. Please advse what I should do… I LOVE this pplugin by the way.
All my previous pages have it integrated and it worked before I updated to NEW WP. I just can’t add new pages without adding custom meta info now. ??
