Reviews Not displaying in admin to be approved.

Hi, Hope I can get some help, getting this message in the settings area whenever trying to save anything.
COULD NOT CREATE DATABASE TABLE, PLEASE REPORT THIS ERRORI have added review on the site https://locksmithhomebush.com.au/
Follow up by logging into admin area and no reviews display in the menu item.
At a bit of a loss on what to do, as it has worked on a similar site.
Could it be that plugin is not compatible with last couple of versions of WP.
