    Actually, looking further at the plugin everything is pulled from https://calculatorpro.com, which appears to be down (Database connection error)

    We recently migrated our site to Amazon AWS as it was experiencing some load issues and other problems.

    I apologize for the inconvenience, but if you will try the plugin again everything is working correctly (and very quick on AWS to boot!).
