Instead of Fade is there a way to add dissolve or other transitions?

    At the moment, the only animations available are ‘slide’ and ‘fade’. The release of version 2.2.0 will introduce new animations.

    The fading animation hasn’t been altered since version 2.0.0, when it was introduced, though. Perhaps something has changed in your theme, which influenced the slideshow.

    It’s not very easy to add transitions, you’d have to go into the slideshow’s script to adapt them.
