Social buttons as hover effect

  • Hi, guys

    As my posts are gonna be small, i need to hide social buttons (fb link, twit, google +1). They must be shown only when the user moves the mouse over the post title (or any other area of the post).

    Can anyone recommend such a plugin? Possibly it could be some JQuery plugin.
