Beginner creating homepage HELP!!!

  • Hello,

    This is what I want my blog (homescreen) to look like. I haven’t found any templates that resemble anything close so I want to create my own.

    Any words of wisdom? I’m super new so any basic help will help. I have Adobe Dreamweaver CS6 but don’t know if I can use this as a template?

    Help!
