diable notifications for non Admins

Hi…Great plugin..!!

I have 1 issue though

i seem to get new user notification on top of every page/post/ dashboard screens for all users….admi..editor..author..etc..

is there anyway to restrict the new user notification/error message for admins only…

i tried controlling the class in adminimize..but it doesnot work..
