How to make a featured image in a custom post type "linkable

  • Hey community!
    I’m currently using the theme “Panoramica” and it comes with an in-built homepage slider. The way I display photos on the slider is to make a custom post type “Slides” and add an image into the “featured image” area. Once I do this, the photo appears on the slider.

    I’ve been trying very hard and to no avail in attempts to find a way to make these featured slider images “clickable”, as many websites seem to have been able to do.
