Media Manager: after upload, focus goes to link

  • I’m really enjoying the new Media Library and basically all the new changes to the Media part of WordPress :).

    What is hampering my workflow, however, is how my cursors moves around after I’ve added Media. When I upload an image, I like to go and change the Title, Captions, Description etc. as it’s uploading. It’s made easier by all these fields being placed to the right of the new Media Manager, but what’s annoying is that after the image is uploaded, the focus automatically jumps to the URL of ‘Link To’ (even when I’m typing to ‘Caption’). Right now, whenever that happens, I have to click back on the field I was editing to finish off.

    I’m not exactly sure if this can be classified as a ‘bug’ (certainly, no features are breaking because of this) but are there any ways to prevent this from happening?
