Visual does not work after 3.5

Hello, I tried to add testimonials after update. Everything is fine except Visual and Text where I want to add text to. I disabled TinyMCE and re installed wordpress but it does not work again. it does not load Visual buttons above and text area is not available to type.
What should I do? Please help
