How to Make It Work in my Unique Layout

On my site at https://www.anthonysabilities.com/blog/2012/12/23/a-mayan-christmas-lesson-70/ and all the posts, how can I make the flyout appear in the bottom right corner of my blog (near the Creative Commons message) when the user scrolls to the end of the post before the author information? On my blog, the user does not scroll the main window, they scroll the primary-content div with the post content inside, the rest of the page remains static.
Any help you can provide would be awesome! ??
