Approach for Multiple Local Installs under Mac OS X Mountain Lion Server

Hi,

I have a Mac mini with a fresh install of Mac OS X Mountain Lion and OS X Server on which I have installed/configured Apache (2.2.22 per Apple), PHP (5.3.15 per Apple), and MySQL (5.5.29), and phpMyAdmin (3.5.5) in preparation of installing WordPress.

I’d like to be able to setup multiple installs of WordPress for each project I have and would like to get some ideas for the best approach. I think many people would like to do this so I’m hoping that the best approach should be readily available.
