Rating System…Anyone???

I’ve looked everywhere on the internet for a good rating plugin for wordpress. I’m looking to give my readers the ability to rate each post on a 1 to 5 scale. And also categorize those posts so one could click to see the highest ranked posts of all time.

Anyone know of any good ones?
