"Nimble" theme after Filezilla upload won't show up in Dashboard

So I recently purchased a paid theme from themeforest – the theme “Nimble.” I tried to install it in zipped form but it didn’t work, and someone said a direct upload via ftp should probably fix the problem. I did this (in the wp-content/themes folder) and made sure it wasn’t in a nested folder (wp-content/themes/dt-nimble/style.css)
However after that it still won’t show up on my wordpress dashboard under the appearance section…
Any ideas? I looked online but the nested folder problem was the main one I encountered.
