Uploaded Theme Not Appearing in Admin Panel

your vendor may have specific instructions you need to follow – eg there may be some other stuff bundled in the zip with the actual theme files in a sub folder. you need to ask them

Yeah, I checked into this. The only other thing in the zip file is a link to tutorials for the theme (https://xiaothemes.com/docs/sensation/1-installing-theme/) It’s strange because he is able to upload the theme straight to the site via the WordPress admin panel. I was not able to do this. My guess is that his version was a earlier one and possibly a smaller version as well.

Are the screenshots you are showing underneath “parent” or “Sensation”?

In the Sensation folder.

From what I can see, everything is in order. So you should be able to see the theme.
