Fatal error: Call to undefined function sys_getloadavg()

    I am getting the following error on the Bulk and the Transparent watermark plugins:

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function sys_getloadavg() in D:\Hosting\9706933\html\store\wp-content\plugins\bulk-watermark\plugin-admin.php on line 438

    Can anyone help resolve?! I am using Godaddy as a host on a windows server if it makes a difference! Please advise…

    That error is triggered because the windows version of PHP does not have the sys_getloadavg() function.
    We have updated the plugin to detect if that function exists before calling it to eliminate the error.
    Please update to v1.5.1 when you are able and that should eliminate the error message.
