Comment counts show link – not a number

At this URL: https://www.daveburnsphoto.com/blog/ you can see the comment counts to the right of the post titles don’t show the number of comments. They show a link to “Comment on <post title>”. If I disable the Facebook plugin, they show the number of local comments correctly. Is this a bug in the plugin or might there be something in my theme that is interfering with this?
