Won't let me log onto admin login

I just got a site up and running and WordPress denies that my email exists, even though I have this very account up and running, and I’ve put in the correct username with no extra spaces in dozens of times, and I have the password which I’ve also put in dozens of time. Copy and paste and via typing. But nothing is working, and it’s VERY frusterating.

I don’t know what I’m supposed to do. I just want to log on and work on my damn site, but it won’t even recognize me email, user name or password. Nothing.
