author review error

  • Hi There
    i added the plugin and then removed it

    but when i added it again, now if i review any post
    i see 2 review for the same review on the top of post and second under the post !!!

    how can i remove the plugin at all and add it again without errors ?

    and i notice some sites using it while i don’t see thier rating on google and your site also without rating !
