after moving to a new server, it jumps to wp-admin/install.php

The issue is NOT HOW to move data to a new server, I have moved 4 wordpress-based websites into the same server, all have succeeded.

Only one domain, I did the same job as others, problemdomain.com just jumped into /wp-admin/install.php. (the original one-problemdomain.com is still on the net without problem)

I have checked all files, and uploaded all files, which newly downloaded from the on-line one, again, and checked the database with same user name and same password.
All appears correct to me.

BUT, the issue is it just keep jumping into the the install.php.. Could anyone offer any idea of how to solve this problem out, please?…
