Media Library Not Working Properly

    Hi,

    I hope someone can help me with a strange problem I’m having. My media library is misbehaving. I have two websites using WordPress, one where the media library works normally, while the other is messed up. Both use the same server, are version 3.5, and viewed from the same browser.

    The website that is not working properly is a new install, with all plugins deactivated. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times with now luck, also on different urls.

    The problems are as follows:
    1.The media drop zone is not appearing on the “Upload New Media” page.
    2.Images added using the browser uploader cannot be edited. When I click the edit button nothing happens.

    Could this be a permission problem? I don’t think its a Flash issue because my other website is unaffected. Basically, I have no clue!
